York OB3 Cold Start Guide

- Take all of the equipment out of the pelicase and backback.
- Locate an ethernet cable at your location. It may be a cable on the ground or a port on a network switch.
- Connect the ethernet cable to the ethernet socket labelled with pink tape on the MikroTik router (black box).
- Plug the white extension cord into the nearest power socket.
- Plug the USB PSU cable (white plug) into the USB PSU (black box with the USB ports on the wood) and plug in the video monitor, MikroTik router, ATEM Mini and laptop charger
- Connect the HDMI cables comming from the converters (the grey boxes on the wood) to the ATEM Mini and using the loose HDMI cable, connect the ATEM Mini to the video monitor.
- Connect the ATEM Mini to the laptop using the USB-C cable and connect the ethernet cable from the ATEM Mini into the MikroTik router.
- Plug the USB ethernet adapter into the laptop and connect an ethernet cable between that and the MikroTik router, then turn the laptop on.
- Wait until the laptop has logged itself in and opened OBS, then check you have an internet connection.
- When the camera operators run an SDI cable over to you, plug it into one of the top 4 SDI ports on the converters.
- When you're ready, press start streaming in OBS and let the MCR know.
